In our continuous effort to enhance your experience, we would like to apprise you of recent updates to our Terms and Conditions for Small Group Tours with Joe Banana. Booking and Confirmation: Small group tours are guaranteed with a minimum of 4 participants, and the maximum number of participants is set at 8 guests. We recommend scheduling flights only after tour confirmation, as Joe Banana is not liable for flight cancellations. Please be advised that in the event of tour cancellation, we are unable to refund expenses related to train, plane tickets, or any other transportation costs incurred to join our tours. It's important to note that Joe Banana holds no responsibility for additional expenses if you arrive before the tour start date.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellations 30 days before the tour date, will be refunded with a deduction of our fee of €250 per person. Unfortunately, no refund can be issued for cancellations made after this time frame. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or partial completion of the tour. If you join the group after the tour starts, any additional expenses will be your responsibility. Unused portions of the trip, including guides, tickets, meals, etc., are non-refundable. In case you need to cancel beyond the specified terms, you have the option to transfer your credit to another person by notifying us via email. The replacement person will be responsible for paying the remaining balance as well as any additional costs this modification may result. We reserve the right to cancel the tour if the minimum number of participants is not met. In this case, you will be notified at least 30 days before the tour, and a full refund will be issued. Joe Banana is not responsible for any costs of flights, trains, or personal expenses in case of cancellation or itinerary changes before the tour begins.

Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. If tickets have already been purchased when you choose to cancel you will be financially responsible for the tickets purchased (payment will be automatically processed to the credit card provided at the time of booking) and unfortunately they will no longer be valid for your tour/service.

Joe Banana reserves the right to modify the itinerary based on hotel and experience availability.

Payments:

Upon entering a booking agreement, a credit card is required for service guarantee. A 30% deposit is due at confirmation, and the remaining 70% balance is due one month before the first day of service.

Accommodation:

Accommodations provided are at 4 star hotels and include only breakfast in the rate. Pricing is based on standard double rooms, featuring either double or twin beds. We will do our best to secure twin bed options, although it cannot be guaranteed for all rooms. Occasionally, there may be rooms with double beds or sofa beds. Single rooms are available for booking with an additional supplement. Room occupancy is limited to a maximum of 2 individuals. For shared rooms, customers are responsible for the security of their belongings, and Joe Banana assumes no liability for the loss or misplacement of valuables. City taxes at the hotels are not included and are payable directly to the hotel.

Experiences:

By participating in our tours, you confirm the absence of any physical mobility issues that could pose a risk to you or other tour participants. Participants are responsible for ensuring safety throughout the entire trip, and Joe Banana assumes no liability for incidents during the tour. Any additional extras not included in the package, such as lunches, dinners, or food tours, will result in additional costs covered by the customer. By accepting our terms and conditions, you acknowledge that a photographer or videographer may accompany you during certain experiences or throughout the tour to capture photos or videos.

Participation in our small group tours implies your acknowledgment and consent to the utilization of your image and likeness in upcoming promotional materials. Additionally, you are agreeing to provide us with a global, royalty-free, and perpetual license to leverage, distribute, showcase, develop derivative works, and reproduce any image, photograph, or video (directly or through a photo-sharing service) through various mediums, such as print, electronic media, or the internet. This will be done without incurring charges and without the right to inspection, for any purpose, encompassing the promotion and advertising of our products and services on a worldwide scale.
